Also, if you have a brand guidelines, please upload into the folder below. File formats we’re looking for include:

STEP THREE: SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST CONTENT DAY


Book your first content day to kick off your first month of production. The content we capture during this session will be edited and scheduled for the following month, ensuring everything stays organized and consistent. Most content days take approximately 1.5 hours, making it easy to fit into your schedule without disrupting your workday.

For the most timely editing and scheduling, we recommend booking your content day within the first two weeks of each month. If you’re unable to find a date that works for you — or if no times are currently available — please reach out directly to cole@zcproductions.online, and we’ll help get your session scheduled.

STEP FOUR: WHAT’S NEXT

  1. Account Access
    We securely accept access to your social media, advertising, and analytics accounts so we can manage everything properly.

  2. Account Optimization
    We review and optimize your social media profiles to ensure they’re consistent, professional, and set up for performance.

  3. Performance Review
    We analyze your current content and advertising performance to understand what’s working and where opportunities exist.

  4. Content Planning
    We begin building your first monthly content plan, outlining video topics, post ideas, and strategic messaging.

  5. Content Calendar Setup
    We prepare your content calendar so filming, posting, and scheduling are organized and intentional.

  6. Ad Strategy Preparation (If Included In Your Package)
    We start developing your advertising strategy, including creative direction and targeting, so your campaigns are ready to launch.
