Client Overview

B&T Health is a comprehensive mental health practice serving individuals, couples, children, and families throughout East Tennessee. Their team provides counseling, psychiatric care, and diagnostic evaluations through an integrated model designed to give clients thoughtful, coordinated support.

As their practice continued to grow, B&T Health needed a website that matched the professionalism, warmth, and clarity they bring to every client experience.


The Challenge

B&T Health’s previous website no longer supported the experience they wanted potential clients to have.

In addition to redesigning the website, we also developed original photo and video content to help make the brand feel more human and relatable from the first visit.


Execution

To support both the patient experience and B&T Health’s future marketing efforts, we built a fully custom website designed around clarity and ease of use.

The new website features a clean homepage with clear calls to action, dedicated service pages for each area of care, and strategically built landing pages to support future advertising campaigns. We also created a detailed “Our Providers” page that introduces each team member in a more personal and informative way, helping visitors feel more comfortable before ever walking through the door. Alongside the website build, B&T Health chose our website content development package to bring the brand to life visually.

This included a homepage brand video that introduces the practice and communicates its mission, individual “About Me” videos for each provider, professional staff headshots, candid in-office photography, and supporting b-roll footage. We also created a composite full-team image, making it easy for B&T Health to update team visuals over time without having to schedule an entirely new shoot.


Together, these assets created a more personal, trustworthy experience that better reflects the level of care B&T Health provides.


Results

After launching the new website, B&T Health saw a significant increase in website leads and phone calls from prospective clients.

More importantly, the new site now supports the patient journey in a way the previous one could not. Visitors can more easily understand the services offered, get a sense of who they’ll be working with, and feel more confident reaching out.
