Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Digital Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing social media presences and executing paid digital advertising campaigns — both for ZC Productions and for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven results.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Google Business Page, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for ZC Productions and assigned clients
Write compelling captions and calls-to-action aligned with each brand's voice
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions — engaging with audiences in a timely and on-brand manner
Track and report on follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and other key performance metrics
Digital Advertising
Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and programmatic advertising
Assist in developing ad creative concepts (copy and visual direction) in collaboration with the video/photo/graphics team
Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting and budgets, and provide regular performance reports
Stay current on platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and emerging best practices
Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with videographers, photographers, and the creative director to align content with client goals
Participate in client strategy meetings, contribute ideas for campaigns and content direction and assess campaign performance
Support the broader marketing team on other digital projects as needed
Qualifications
Required
0–2 years of experience in social media management and/or digital advertising (internships and freelance work count!)
Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube as marketing platforms
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
Strong written communication skills with an eye for engaging, on-brand content
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
Self-starter with a genuine passion for digital marketing and social media trends
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer)
Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience pulling and interpreting analytics reports from native platform tools
Degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
